[200William-EC SP67851] Cages - Request for budget

Thanks for your support there is a majority.

*Maxine* can you go ahead when your back on deck and send  a paper 
meeting so we can  approve the purchase  of 10 padlocks on the building 
master key system from Bells to be used on the new rented cages.

*George* can you please order the padlock's from bells once the paper 
meeting has been completed so we can secure the cages once the junk has 
been removed.
