[200William-EC SP67851] Cages - Request for budget

Hi All,
  I am requesting funds to get our locksmiths to provide 10 padlocks and 
key them to the Building Master Key system for use on the new cages. 
Maxine George and I have been working behind the seens to clean out the 
old junk, label the cages and setup the new bylaws and we are on target 
for the AGM.

The next step George will be disposing of the old junk in the cages and 
I would like to order the padlocks now so we can secure the cages so 
people do not take over and put new junk in them before they are 
leased.  Once the padlocks are in place cage users could order keys from 
George with a deposit system which will act as user pays for the costs 
of the individual keys themselves so only the costs of the padlocks 
themselves will be a cost for us. I have received a quote of $60 each 
for the padlocks.

Please let me know with a simple yes/no if you agree and I will get Max 
to do a paper meeting.
