Hi Pia, 

Can you let me know what the response was from the EC? Are we going ahead? Like Matt said, we probably don’t have a choice. I would like to have a good chat with you before anything happens and I would also like to have a chat with our solicitor in order to brief him on some more background. 

Could you let me know how we need to handle this.
