Hi Folks,
Where to from here? I think it would be great to get together to discuss these reports and to think about a financial strategy before we do any more work regarding the upgrades.
Our strata fees are extremely high and now we want to add more fees for storage cages (which are normally provided in most apartment buildings to my knowledge). I can’t imagine that increasing levies to cover upgrading common areas would be palatable to most so we must find another way. This is probably not the best time of year to embark on this project as lots of us are very busy with the festive season but I think a meeting early in the New Year would be a good idea. We also need to think of someone to head up the project now that Rohan is leaving us. Just for the record my wife (Anne) has now retired and would be happy to do some work on this. She has a great creative flair and is well organised.
I’d be grateful for your comments.
