Hi All,
Storage cages are back on. George has secured the cages and we are now
in a position to rent them out. After consideration it seems the best
way for us to let people occupy these cages and to gain some revenue for
them is in terms of a license. (not lease) This gives us the most
flexibility as far as what we do with the cages and also allows us to
act without a bylaw or any sort of EGM/AGM as far as I understand it
anyway. [Pia please comment]
I have used my best bush lawyer skills to draft up the attached license
agreement. I have put in some arbitrary figures of $45 per month and
$60 deposit. I think that's reasonable what do you all think. I believe
once we have agreed on a price and perhaps got my deed checked by
someone that has a law degree we should be able to move to voting on it
on a schedule/paper EC meeting l
Then let people know they are available and George giving out keys and
Pia charging fees. Once of cause they sign the license. I think we
should make all licenses expire after the AGM every year so we can
discuss the free for the following year.
Net result $5k in out bank account each year.
What do we all think.
