[200William-EC SP67851] Dog Bylaw.

Hi All,
  Pia informs me that we are not on tract to getting a quorum for the 
paper meeting. It seems that only 4 owners have returned their proxy 
papers.  I note that the owner of 602 is one of the people that have not 
voted.

With your permission I would like to forward a reminder letter from the 
EC reminding everyone to get their proxy's in for the vote. Pia has said 
that STM can distribute it.

What do you all think.
