FYI folks….. I have replied already with the details as agreed at the meeting…..

One query I have though, re the minutes from the last meeting: 

"Is there a deadline for providing minutes? General meeting minutes must be sent out with the notice of the next general meeting if not issued sooner. Executive committee minutes must be placed on the noticeboard, or sent to all owners if there is no noticeboard, within 7 days."

Looks like we won’t get the minutes this week. Or the week after if the Strata Manager is on leave. Glad we were told of the impending leave at the EC meeting the other night.
