There is no block mate. It's because of the cc's you have added to the 
list two to the same person. It's trying trying to stop it double 
sending to eveyone.  Just mail ec at 200william.com on it's own and it will 
go straight through.  In any case. your CC will reach Craig that goes 
between your email program and Craigs. It does not go via the list.
