I have just returned from the Sheriff's office. Confirming they are
booked in at 10:00am on Wednesday, 30th April 2014. Myself, the
Sheriff's & a locksmith will be in attendance.

 

I understand that this is security building so we obviously won't be
changing the front door lock however I am unsure if you wanted to
organise this yourself & with the other residents because I am sure we
won't be able to retrieve the keys from the tenant. Just a thought for
you to consider.

they are providing us with a sheriff's warrant. I expect to receive this
tomorrow & once I do I will attend the sheriff's office to book them in.

undesirables visiting G05. The persons are loitering on G level foyer

Good Afternoon Rachel,

 

Please find attached the images for your information:

 

1.       Object thrown at the glass. Later that afternoon we received
noise complaints from neighbouring residents

2.       Condition of the apartment. This is contravening the By Laws.

 

To date and since our last communication we are receiving complaints
about unsavoury persons entering the apartment from G level. The persons
seem to be visiting the apartment for less than 5 minutes.

 

Would you also be kind to update me on the landlords intention on the
current lease please as I understand the lease was to be terminated
after Christmas.

On another matter, on the 30.12.13 we informed Rachel from Morton and
Morton of a leaking shower tray in G05 which is penetrating apartment
G03. To date we have not been able to access the apartment to have the
tray repaired.

 

Would you be kind to arrange access for us asap.  Or can we attend on
the 22nd to carry out temporary repairs. When these repairs are carried
out it is important that the shower cannot be used for 24hours. 

 

We understand that the tenants will be evicted following the incident
relating the drugs in the apartment. Once the tenants vacate then we can
complete a permanent repair.

 

Kindly advise asap.
