I have not issued one at this point as the dog is not residing at the premises and Di advised that she would no the bringing the dog onto the premises.

If the executive committee wish for me to issue the breach notice I will do so accordingly.

I sent you a follow-up email last week regarding the owner of 602 having a dog on the property.  Would you please advise if a formal letter was sent to her as it is simply unfair that tenants are being sent letters to get rid of their pets (if other than a gold fish) and a member of the EC breaks this ruling.
