[200William-EC] SMASHED BOTTLES ON TERRACE OF APARTMENT 601

Hello George and members of the EC,

I woke this morning to find broken bottles scattered all over my terrace
(see attached).  I am fed up that, once again, we have no control over what
is happening on the level 7 terrace. George, please go over the video as
soon as possible to see if anything is shown.

I believe we  should consider permanently closing the level 7 terrace.  I
have said it before - it's a matter of time until someone on a balcony below
or in the street is hit with a flying object from this unattended open-air
level.  I trust you remember also that owners will be responsible if any
action is brought about by someone being hit by one of these objects.
