[200William-EC] GAS METER READING - APARTMENT 601

The hot water meter in your apartment allows the utilities company to calculate the amount of gas consumed.
It would appear that the gas consumption is correct and has been confirmed by the SP utilities representative who met me on Tuesday to cross check the gas data with the main meter.
The function of the pre heaters reduces the capacity of the Rheem heater. Over the last few months there have been various issues with the system which has loaded the Rheem heater to operate up and above its regular capacity.
Glad to report they are all back on line.

So, please clarify. Does this mean then that the meter in my apartment which reads my hot water would have been affected and if so how do you suggest I organize to have a credit charge requested with the AGL? Is there some document I would need for the AGL and if so from whom?
Thanks

Good Morning Craig,
Yes the shut down of the Quantum heaters has impacted the capacity of the Rheem heater by about 100%

Subject: GAS METER READING - APARTMENT 601
Hello George,
Would you please advise whether or not the hot water explosion we had in June would have had any effect on my personal water consumer meter.
The reason I ask is that I have just received my GAS bill for the 3 month period May7 through Aug05 and the amount of MJ usage was 2333 units for hot water. The meter reading for the same period last year was only 655 units, almost a ¼ of the reading for this year.
In addition, I was away from June 30 through August 07 this year (and no one was living in my apartment), so the usage of 2333 MJ units was actually only for two months!
Please let me know if the hot water explosion could have affected my meter usage in any way. Also, please advise where my separate meter is located (outside my apartment) as we may have to run tests.
Thank you,
Craig Laforest
