Thanks for the update George. I mentioned after last flood that I would 
investigate flood detection for the plant room. We recently installed a 
system in one of my data centers that would do the job. Pricing would be 
around $1200 ~ $2000 install/parts  and ongoing monitoring of around $40 
p/m I can organize  more detailed info and a quote if we the EC think 
it's worth the spend. Just a quick show of hands if everyone wants me to 
spend the time. I dont want to waste time if we are not in the ball park 
cost wise.
