[200William-EC] Master key - please have locks changed

On behalf of the EC, following a vote in the overwhelming majority and as a result of the master keys in the possession of Craig LaForest in Aprtment #601, this email authorises you to please go ahead immediately and change all locks relating to the master keys for William St Marquis. 

We would appreciate it if this could be done urgently so as to avoid any further issues. 

Once completed, could you please forward the account to Maxine Wickey at STM who will invoice Craig La Forest in apartment #601. 

Please keep the EC in the loop as to the stays of the locks replacement
