Sounds like a good idea to send through Maxine as well.   It may be 
prudent to make a few changes to the letter.

Where you refer to B2 & B3 it may cause some confusion. Perhaps P3 & P4 
is more appropriate as that is how they are known in the building 
because of the buttons on the lift.

Would also be better to see

"If you own or rent a storage cage /not located within your lot"/  to 
abate any confusion that may arise. We are not talking about cages on 
people's property but cages on common property.
