Cameras seem suffice. I'm arranging for them to be focused.

We manage a building that collects a $500.00 bond for the use of the roof top. A registry of all users is taken (similar to the NYE register) and the access card is programmed to access the roof for that period. The bond is return after the building manager approves. Outside of any bookings, the roof top is not accessable by anyone.

That explains the  glass that cut Allan's hand it's from your table I thought it was some sort of flat glass not a bottle.  That glass made it down to level 3 so I would say both 502 and 402 also got it. 

I'm sure George is already doing his best to identify these people

George you may want to contact the residents of 502 and 402 to insure the are careful the pieces of that table are extremely sharp.
