Today I dropped into the Police station to report the matter. I was
provided an event No E52919444.

An hour later I was contacted by the Police who had advised me I had
already reported the matter a week prior... and provided me with another
number - I53997039. The officer informed me that plain clothes Police
have commenced investigations. The officer also requested that they
should be contacted when suspect activity is taking place.

I have drafted a letter to be circulate tomorrow to all apartments.

Hi Rob & EC,

I followed up Police by telephone today and they had no record of my
telephone call to them last week. I was told that I had to request a
Police unit to site or get to the station. It was interesting as when i
telephoned them last week I had provided my personal details and a
report on the matter. The phone call lasted 20 minutes. I will get to
the Police station tomorrow and lodge the report.

I then telephoned the agent, Morton and Morton whom all are aware the
apartment it being sub leased through them by Bridge Housing. I
explained again to the agent the ongoing complaints and unsavoury
visitors to the apartment of all hours of the day and night. The agent
explained to me that unless their is a conviction or evidence of drug
dealing then their hands a tied. The worst part is the lease expires in
2015.

We have had these sorts of situations in other buildings and due to the
security of the building it is difficult for the Police to catch them in
the act. There are 2 security doors they need to get past,  the William
street door and the glass door between the lift lobby and foyer. If the
Police were to commence investigations, perpetrating would take some
time. Nonetheless I will be persisting the Police on a weekly basis to
ensure they are on the case, but can i suggest the use of a covert
camera above G01 to cover the front door of G05? This will be a quicker
method to obtaining evidence for the agent so that an eviction notice
can be issued.
