Hi George,

I thought we'd discussed all that at the last meeting, and that the lifts
being surrounded by concrete would make the wiring a very expensive
exercise. Dummy cameras should be a good deterrent anyway.

As any drug-dealing would most likely be done from G5 (which has a rapid
turnover of tenants) they wouldn't be using the lifts anyway and it should
end when these tenants move on.

Thanks for alerting the police. They'll sort it out.
