[200William-EC] SP 67851 ECM Minutes

Good Morning All,

My first walk through last week to review the camera locations uncovered
a number of areas that will not be covered.

I have highlighted the best possible coverage for each floor. The
shaded areas indicate blind spots.

Please make your suggestions before I take this further.

Hi Brook,
There is allready been cctv added on a few levels in recent months.
George is working on quotes to complete the building as per our last
meeting. We should have quotes soon.

You will all recall at the last meeting of the EC in October
that I proposed the installation of CCTV to every foyer floor within
Marquis. It is quite obvious that the only way to prosecute criminal
behaviour is with CCTV evidence.

My expectation is that the installation of the CCTV to every
foyer floor will be implemented.

	Hi Maxine and all,

We heard on the radio this morning (Police Roundup) that KX
Police have arrested the guy who harassed the woman in side our William
St entrance. He was doing the same thing in Elizabeth Bay. They linked
the two incidents by the CCTV footage - very handy to have, CCTV... They
really are on the case to do this on a busy Friday night.

So Rob, maybe the security guy isn't necessary, just more
vigilance on our part. Don't enter if there's a weirdo lurking -
especially if he's wearing a backpack, and make sure the door shuts
firmly behind you - William St does close fast, but this guy must have
grabbed it.

Same goes for the garage if you see anyone in or near the lane.

	Have a great weekend,

	Di
