[200William-EC] Car Park Breaking.

Just so everyone is aware the police are investigating a car park break 
in and theft of some tools from a van and from a storage cage.  Police 
have asked us to remind residents to take care letting people into the 
building as well as people following us into the car park.  Not waiting 
for the door to come down before moving on etc.

I have asked George to send a reminder to residents to take care 
entering and leaving the carpark. In line with the police request. It 
may be worth considering as an EC matter to place a sign  after the 
entry and exit of the car park requesting people wait for the door to 
close prior to moving on.  I have seen them in other buildings that I 
have lived in. Im not sure they are two effective but it is a fairly 
small cost that might save someones car/cage.
