[200William-EC] Lobby emergency bells in case of fire

Stop me if im wrong but. Isn't this all a matter for the BMC. As far as
the EC goes Im not sure there's much to discuss. Im sure George is just
keeping us informed as a courtesy. I think all we need to do is wait for
Rob to come back and tell us how much which hopefully we can vote on at
the AGM so an EGM would not have to be called.
