Subject: Sink and toilet on Level G

Hello George,

I was down visiting Pack & Send this afternoon and discussed with their
manager, Craig Bennett, the recent problem they had with water entering from
the adjacent bathroom, which is located next to the level G lifts.

As you know, there was a blockage from the pipe which is shared by the sink
from this adjacent bathroom and the small kitchen sink in Pack & Send.

Though Craig wasn't certain that the blockage was caused by the people who
run the massage shop, he was aware, as I am, that the massage people wash
their dishes etc in the bathroom sink (and also perhaps the towels they
use). Please see the attached picture of the 'left over' stain/grease from
the level G sink, that Craig Bennett recently took and sent through to me.

I am also forwarding a copy of this email to Andrew Veron as the massage
store falls under the BMC. Andrew, would you please have a word with the
massage manager to ensure the drain doesn't become blocked again, due to
food waste or any other items they may be washing in the sink . We
certainly don't want an overflow which could run into the level G lobby,
used by residents.

Many thanks and regards,

Craig Laforest
