[200William-EC] Agenda for upcoming meeting

Your right Craig normally the secretary is responsible for those sorts 
of things. But judging by the following email from Maxine she would 
would like to do it. I have had the draft Agenda on the website  since a 
few days after the last meeting usually i take note of everyone's points 
during the month and then post it to Maxine a few days before so she can 
send it out.

Im happy to let Maxine do it if she wants to. I will forward what's in 
the list so far to Maxine and close the file on future agenda. People 
will need to forward it directly to Maxine in future.
