Im happy to create a new list that has more to do with the day to day
running's of the building maintenance issues etc. That way people that
are interested in the day to day running and happenings of the building
can subscribe to that list. The ones that are not interested can not and
will not be bothered by email's. If they have a passing interested they
can allays subscribe to the digest which will send a summary of all the
days email's once a day.

I for one found the information Craig sent yesterday very useful. I sent
my wife a message telling her there was no access to the building so
that she didn't head back and have to stand in the street with my 11
month old until it was fixed.

Over all I like to have a good working understanding of all the issues
that come before the building. But understand that people that are not
accustom to skimming many hundred's of email's a day as part of there
normal working life may find it a bit daunting.

Matt.
