For your information, please review the response below that we have received from Unit 304 regarding the attached By-law letter that was sent to them regarding noise on the 20th of June 2013.

We had received a complaint from Unit 403 regarding Unit 304 noise levels, however Unit 304 deny that they have made this noise.

Dear Maxine Wickey strata manager,

In regard to the Notice i v received today and my call to the strata to know what noise is , i want to say that we didn't do the noise at all . we are  a very quite respectful resident, we never do or had any kinda notice along our residency in any place. In addition,  i want to say that i heard that noise as well and get scared many times , last Saturday i heard that noise at 6:00 am to 8:30 am and woke up scarily from my bed and called the strata on that number 0292523660 around 9 to 10 clock but no answer.
