[200William-EC] Marquis Apt Weird noise

Hi All,

This morning at approximately 4.30 we heard the tapping sound everyone is referring to.

The condenser pump that circulates your AC water was the only plant equipment on. We have put a timer to it (7am – 12pm). If we do find that the pump is the cause then we will run a serious of exercises to stop it.

Let’s see how tomorrow morning goes…

Noise was back at 5.30 am this morning.  

As to the the pounding music  that is 301 my next door neighbor.   I have approached him on numerous occasions  along with others on the floor. Shane has also heard this guy his music is extremely loud he has large groups of intoxicated guests and is a general pest. On one occasion one of the people from a town house in the lane got into a abuse match with him at 2am it ended with bottles being thrown up at his apartment from the street. 

on another occasion his guests were going into the lift lobby on level 3 to make phone calls because the music was to loud inside his apartment to hear the phone.  

lately he has been a little better with the music going off at 11

	Its not advisable to approach the tenants below you, if they get aggressive you may end up on the wrong side.

	With the noise at 5am, do you where its coming from? Inside the building or outside? If outside not much we can do.

	Not sure if you are aware already but over the last few weeks there has been a weird noise in the apartment mainly in the early hours of the morning keeping everyone awake, I was speaking with Charlene on our floor who ended up emailing the Body Corporate last week.

	They came out the following morning to try figure out the noise but I didn’t hear it that day so not sure they succeeded. 

	The noise has not stopped and happened in the weekend including around 5:30am Saturday morning, 5am Sunday morning and 6am this morning. 

	It also didn’t help the downstairs neighbours once again had their music playing loudly in the early hours (they did turn it down once asked but still annoying to have to get up and ask).

	Are you able to chase this up with the Body Corporate again. I am happy to go direct to them if it’s better to cut out the middle man ???
