We are still trying to find the noise let alone fix it.

 

We are in the building tomorrow morning in hope to hear it.

Hi Geoff,

 

Its not advisable to approach the tenants below you, if they get
aggressive you may end up on the wrong side.

With the noise at 5am, do you where its coming from? Inside the building
or outside? If outside not much we can do.

The tenants below are still not listening, still playing their music...
I understand they love music but they don't really need to play so loud.

Not sure if you are aware already but over the last few weeks there has
been a weird noise in the apartment mainly in the early hours of the
morning keeping everyone awake, I was speaking with Charlene on our
floor who ended up emailing the Body Corporate last week.

 

They came out the following morning to try figure out the noise but I
didn't hear it that day so not sure they succeeded. 

 

The noise has not stopped and happened in the weekend including around
5:30am Saturday morning, 5am Sunday morning and 6am this morning. 

It also didn't help the downstairs neighbours once again had their music
playing loudly in the early hours (they did turn it down once asked but
still annoying to have to get up and ask).

 

Are you able to chase this up with the Body Corporate again. I am happy
to go direct to them if it's better to cut out the middle man ???
