Hi George,
  That quote looks reasonable to me.

Why they are there can you get a them to additionally. Re-make both 
horizontal and vertical connectors on the LNB on the foxtel (optus 
C1/D3) dish and fasten the fly cables to the mast. Weather proof the 
connectors with heat shrink.  Should only add $50 to the quote but will 
stop the foxtel going out in the bad weather.
