Hi George 
I found the garage door controller box open the lock has been jimmied and is broken. There's 415v in this box so not only is it a security threat but also an electrocution risk.   Looks like there is a. Radio control board inside and the code would be exposed it would now be an easy job to clone a remote 

I think this needs to be attended to ASAP
