Hi Matt,

Please find attached the BMC budget, please note we are unable to amend the budget as this has been resolved at the BMC meeting.

As I have previously noted - the only area that there is room for movement is the Sinking Fund.

Hi All,
  Here's the results of the informal meeting re the strata levies.

As we did not have figures on the  budget to discuss in detail it seems that the only savings could be made by chopping the sinking fund or adjusting the BMC budget.
EC members decided that more information is needed to be provided an informed decision and the following should be undertaken.

Rob or Maxine to provide a detailed exploitation of the BMC budget at the next EC meeting.
Rob or Maxine to provide the BMC budget to the EC at least two weeks prior to the next scheduled EC meeting so it can be evaluated in advanced.
An EC meeting to be secluded for 26th of August.
