Thanks a lot for the offer, that would be great if you don't mind, the purpose of the meeting is to discuss all cost areas to see if we can reduce and make recommendations accordingly so as to reduce the strata levies back to where they were

Let me know what you need in order to facilitate this, Maxine will be running out the updated accounts etc before the meeting which we could provide to you if necessary
