Yes - I vote yes to an EGM, my outtake from the AGM was certainly NOT that
there
would be an increase in levies due to the additional administration /
sinking
fund budget required.
I don't think this was made clear - it may have been clouded with the
discussion
of funds that had not been coded properly.
