Hi Everyone.

Sorry for the absence in the discussion, I was away for 1 month.

As previously mentioned a discussion at the next meeting would be the best
approach.

My thoughts are with Diana's suggestion with just opening the roof top up
30mins before each fireworks display and then have security move everyone
off the roof after the display then lock the door again. Also to ban all
cigarette's, food and drink from the roof whilst the roof is open on the
night. I did actually move into this building so I'd have access to watch
the show on New Year's so I'd be disappointed if we took that away.

I'm down on level 1 with the terrace and do cop the brunt of thrown butts,
plates, paper wrapping, forks, cups, thongs, food, you name it I seem to get
it. I did get two extra holes in my furniture from cigarettes, I don't if it
was from NY as I was away. It's happened in the past from tenants parties in
501 so it's not always people on the roof. Putting in measures in place to
manage would issue would be the best approach.

Rowan

Hi Craig and EC

I am back in Sydney after my Christmas / New Year break. Following up on
your emails Craig, I will set up a new meeting time with BMC early this
coming week with the possibility of doing it early w/c January 27th. In
relation to signage, I don't know where that is at, I think it got punted
after the charity event. I will follow up this week as well.

ROB
