Sorry that last one was not 100% clear. To clarify can you please
provide the minutes for the GM that provides for the Special Event
by-law that we are operating under currently.

make.  The EC cannot restrict any resident from using common property.
If you wish to restrict access you would need to create a by-law and it
would need to be passed by a Special Resolution at a General Meeting.

tickets for entry.  Also some buildings stipulate in the by-law how many
