[200William-EC] FW: Maintenance Order CGW:{c8bc0b76-385f-4522-8322-1215c5bc3744}

I have not approved any painting inside an apartment and I see no 
correspondence regarding payment or authorization for this mater before 
the ec.  It's my understanding that internal painting would be the 
responsiblity of the owner/occupiers insurance. Is that not correct.
