[200William-EC] FW: Phone call re water damage on level G

Can the carpet be replaced with coir not carpet under insurance. Is not 
insurance like for like.   If we are able to do that swap under 
insurance i agree it would be better then carpet in that front area. Im 
still of the strong opinion that high traffic areas should be tiles. I 
said the same about the lifts now they have carpet that is ruined after 
less then 6 months.  But as no one seems to see the logic or want to 
spend any sort of preventative money here.

I agree that coir mat replacing the carpet in the front area if able 
under insurance is a good compromise.
