[200William-EC] INSURANCE COMPANY VISIT

1 Building fire stands state that all fire escapes must exit into an
open space. Level 7 lobby does not fit this description.
2 We have had clarification from the building fire protection people
(Newsound Fire) previously who have reaffirmed this May 2012
3 We have voted on this in the past and the motion was lost.
4 We have had a lengthy discussion on this in an EC mailing list thread
in June 2012.
For these 4 reasons again I vote in the negative. We should not change
the fire escape system contrary to established fire safety standards.
