[200William-EC] WATER DAMAGE LEVEL 6 FIRE ESCAPE DOOR

Hello George,

As you are aware, we recently had a couple of insurance companies come to
the Marquis to view the damage, after one of the hot water tanks in the
plant room imploded and a flood of water flowed through the gym and down the
fire escape stairs.

I showed the two insurance reps the damage upstairs and in my apartment,
however, I have only just noticed that the door on the level 6 Fire Escape
has expanded and rusted at the bottom (please see attached pix).  Do we need
to get the appointed insurance company out here again to provide a quote on
getting this door fixed?
