[200William-EC] VISITOR PARKING PROBLEM - MARQUIS

Not sure I see a solution here Craig. under NSW law if someone  is truly a visitor there is little remedy to getting them out. If they live here its a little different  if you have a by law but in my previous experience in other complexes its hard to find a tow truck driver will remove a car. (at lease we couldn't find one) 

George do we know which apartment belongs to the car with Vic plates that's been there for about three weeks ?
