[200William-EC] BMC Meeting

Hi All

Just to keep you updated, a BMC meeting was held yesterday attended by  
myself and Maxine from STM. The budgets for the year have been passed  
and equally, we will be having another meeting in March in order to  
pass the budgets for the new FY starting March 1 enabling us to be up- 
to-date for the next EC meeting. We have to reschedule the date of  
that meeting. Maxine is sending out notes in the next day or so. Any
