May I suggest in future that more notice is given in order that those of us who have weekly schedules can include such an important meeting in our weekly agenda.  Thank you.

And there was nothing noted in the minutes from the October 10 meeting that the meeting scheduled for this coming Wednesday Dec18 had been agreed upon.
