[200William-EC] FW: SP 67851 BREACH OF BY LAW - PARKING 200William St WOOLLOOMOOLOO

It's now parked in a spot belonging  to 505. Parked not completely 
within the markings I might add. I have not seen anyone in that spot for 
weeks. So it's  nonsensical that they just used there own spot now. 
While it has been vacant for weeks. They are laughing in our face about 
this. George does the camera cover the walk from that spot to the lift.
