Hi All,
  Regarding the leasing of storage cages. I think we all agree that this 
is a good idea. I would like to volunteer to sort out this process. It 
will be quite in depth and will require legals  perhaps surveying and a 
whole host of complex issues. I believe these issues could be quickly 
sorted out between Maxine Myself and the Solicitor. Offline and then the 
final Bylaw brought back to the EC to be proposed for an EGM/AGM.

The process would be as follows.
Me and Maxine sort out general requirements (commercial terms)
Send to solicitor to draft bylaw and lease.
Bylaw voted on by EC to be proposed to an AGM/EGM
Bylaw voted on by all owners at an AGM/EGM
Start leasing out the cases.

There is likely to be quite a bit of back and forth with the solicitors 
and if we dont do this succinctly and  efficiently it's liable to cost 
us a bit of money. I believe Maxine and I can handle it in short order 
and at least cost.

With your permission I would like to proceeded over the following weeks.
