Thanks for the info Maxine. I will take another photo tomorrow for
your second breach letter. We should be able to do our paper meeting on
Monday and then follow up to refer the matter to the CTTT week after.
Maxine can you prepare an agenda for the paper meeting to vote on the
notice to comply for Monday. Given second breach letter issued
Thursday. We can allways cancel it if she moves the car. (i cant see it)

P.S for eveyone's info a paper meeting is not an physical meeting. It's
a binding meeting with a vote that's conducted on email
/phone/mail/telex/smoke signal etc. It has an agenda and a motion in
this case one that will be to issue a notice to comply for the tenant in
502. We just vote in email and then Maxine rattifies it with minutes etc
so it's "On the record" You dont have to show up etc. But we do all
need to vote on the day.
