Craig, further to your email re your unwillingness to return the master keys to the building, you would be aware we sent an email to all members of the EC asking for a vote on the matter. The question asked is as below and was copied to you as well, although we have not had your reply at this time.

We the EC can report there was an overwhelming majority in favour of the motion being that the keys must be returned within 24 hours.

Therefore, we the EC request you return the keys within 24 hours or sooner to George Ziri. This is now a motion passed by he EC. Failure to do so will mean all locks will be replaced and the expense passed on to you directly.

Secondly, failing to return the keys within the specified period also means you are not to access any of the areas that have master key access. This includes the plant room.

May we respectfully suggest you simply do as the EC has requested and that is to return the keys forthwith.

We will call a meeting as soon as is practical to discuss this issue along with other unusual and very concerning security and noise matters that have occurred over the past few weeks and months. It is at this forum we can all have our say face to face.

Thank you
