[200William-EC] Master key

Hi Craig, 

As the representative of the BMC for 200 William Street, we have become aware that you are holding a master key. 

Unfortunately the master keys are only entitled to be held by the BMC representative and the building manager, in this case, George Ziri and I. Members of the EC or individual residents are not entitled to hold a master key for any building unless expressly approved in advance by the full EC and then the BMC representatives. I am not aware in this instance that such approval has been given. 

Therefore on behalf of the BMC I ask that you return the master keys to the building manager, George, at your earliest convenience. 

I would appreciate you advising us when George is in receipt of the keys.

We will of course discuss this matter at the next EC meeting in October to determine the best way to handle this situation going forward.
