Thanks Maxine and I will be in attendance.  Could you please advise the
venue for the meeting.

 

I would like to include on the agenda the issue of the basement storage
cages.

 

You will recall at the AGM I sought to ascertain the basement storage cage
allocated to my lots.  As you are aware there are 6 storage cages on
basement four (adjoining lot 45) and 4 storage cages on basement three
(adjoining lot 64).

 

My solicitors searches of title and strata by-laws do not reveal
registration ownership to any particular lots(s) within the strata scheme
and as such have been constructed on common property and would therefore
belong to the owners corporation.

 

That now raises issues:  How and to whom was the allocation of these storage
cages determined;  who and what lot(s) are the occupants of these cages;  is
rent paid to the owners corporation by the occupants, etc. etc. 

 

Some weeks ago Maxine, you advised that a search would have to be made
through the earlier minutes books to see if anything was recorded, and
George was unable to ascertain the occupants of the storage cages.
