[200William-EC] Level 7 garden and keys

Good Morning Craig,
During my inspection last week i found that the gardens needed
attention. A work order was issued to the gardener.
I have copied the EC in this email so that they are aware of you holding
a master key.

Hello George,
1. The perimeter plants are growing nicely around level 7,
however, there is a large amount of weeds between them. Would you
please organize to have a gardener come out to take them out as we do
each year. Please ensure he/she gets them pulled out, as best as
possible, at the root of the weed and doesn't just cut them at the soil
level.
2. Also, this confirms our discussion that I now have a key to
the plant room and electrical rooms in case there is another problem and
no none is in the building to take care of the matter immediately, prior
to a contractor being phoned (eg the 2nd downpour of water from the
plant room two weeks ago into my apartment).
