Rob,

I believe that Matt outlined that you and I misread the quotes and everyone
has based their decision on the incorrect rate of $4,500. Yes, let's waste
more time on simple decisions (as usual) and wait for the next EC meeting.

 

This basically happens with any item brought to the table over the past 7
years.

discuss the additional considerations that pop up from the group, at times

Hi Maxine

 

As you have probably seen there have been a number of email exchanges in the
last few days

 

1) Relates to bi-law for the rooftop in relation to access and alcohol

2) Relates to security system for the car park

 

Could we please start an agenda for the next scheduled EC meeting ( I
believe it to be first or second week October ). 

 

We have a majority of EC who have voted to discuss these matters at that
meeting so please add to the agenda.
