Hey G,

 

Unfortunately I can’t get you any comfort as we are not sure ourselves but we are conducting our own research in China. Two things we have notices with the recent ruptured tanks is that the sacrificial anodes had completely diminished and the internals of the cylinders had serious calcium build up. Normally this is due to hard water conditions in rural regions so at the moment we can’t put our finger on the cause. As you know this is costing Quantum somewhat thus far so you can appreciate the commercial sensitivity on this.

 

I have just spoken to Jim who is waiting on some quotes to have the 200 William St, ruptured tank  replaced under warranty, should be completed by the end of the week.
